Landmark Contaminated Land Accomplishment:
Contaminated Land - Implementation of the Triad Approach for US Air Force. As Contaminated Lands Program Manager, McGuire Air Force Base, I implemented the Triad approach which facilitated a time savings of 18- 24 months and cost savings of $1.34 million. The project results allowed state and federal regulators to give conditional approval for an Interim Remedial Action Plan (IRAP) involving natural attenuation, and 12 natural attenuation monitoring wells which were installed shortly thereafter.
